Terms of Service

Last updated: March 24th, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of GoLiveKit, including our website, products, software, and related services.

In these Terms, "GoLiveKit," "we," "our," or "us" means GoLiveKit, represented by Ihor Zymnitskyi at [email protected]. "You" means the person or legal entity using GoLiveKit.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, purchasing, downloading, or using GoLiveKit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you use GoLiveKit on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Product and License Scope

GoLiveKit is offered as a one-time purchase unless stated otherwise at the point of sale. Your use of the GoLiveKit boilerplate is also subject to our License Policy.

Your purchase gives you the right to access and use the Product under the applicable license terms. No ownership rights in the Product are transferred to you.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use GoLiveKit in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
  • infringe or violate the rights of GoLiveKit or any third party;
  • resell, redistribute, or make the Product available as a standalone product except where expressly permitted by the applicable license; or
  • misuse, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, infrastructure, or related systems.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Access

We may update product descriptions, features, and pricing at any time. Any price change applies prospectively and does not change a completed purchase unless otherwise required by law.

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel access in cases of fraud, abuse, non-payment, license violations, legal risk, or other material misuse of the Product or services.

5. Refund Policy

Because GoLiveKit is a digital product delivered immediately after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoLiveKit is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the Product will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for your specific needs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoLiveKit will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of GoLiveKit.

If GoLiveKit is found liable for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Product, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to GoLiveKit for the applicable Product.

8. User Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use the Product and for the content, code, configurations, and services you build or deploy with it. You are also responsible for ensuring that your own implementation complies with applicable law, contractual obligations, and industry requirements.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction and venue required by applicable law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when published on this website, unless a different effective date is stated.
